Two (2) important announcements before we start:
- The information am sharing was achieved because of this valuable resource that we got here.
- The second resource is from Google AdSense Help on why your account is disabled and how to appeal, Link.
Let us first answer these three (3) important questions [you can still find the answers in the links provided above but I will use simple language so you can understand].
Why was my account disabled?
Your Adsense account was disabled because Google detected some invalid activity on your account, which could have been a result of clicks or impressions that were not genuine. This can happen when someone artificially increases the number of clicks or impressions on an ad, which can cause advertisers to pay more or a publisher to earn more. This is not allowed according to Adsense policies.
Google takes this very seriously and analyzes all clicks and impressions on Adsense accounts to make sure they are valid. If they find that an Adsense account is causing a risk to their advertisers, they will disable the account to protect them. They have the discretion to decide what constitutes invalid traffic and it is in the Adsense terms and conditions.
Can my account be reinstated after being disabled for invalid traffic?
It is possible to get your Adsense account back after it has been disabled for invalid traffic, but it is not guaranteed. If you believe that the disabling of your account was a mistake and that the invalid traffic was not due to your actions or negligence, you can fill out a form to appeal the decision.
Google will review your appeal, and they will let you know the outcome as soon as possible. However, there is no guarantee that your account will be reactivated.
Also, if your appeal is denied, you cannot appeal again.
I’ve just received my PIN. What should I do with it?
The PIN that you have received is a security measure used to verify your identity when you want to associate your Adsense account with a payment method. However, since your account has been disabled for invalid activity, it is not eligible for any further payments. Therefore, you do not need to do anything with the PIN, and you can disregard it.

Step 6: How do users get to your site, mobile app, and/or YouTube channel? How do you promote your content?
I share my blogger posts on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest to increase their visibility and reach a wider audience.
Step 7: Have you or your site, mobile app, and/or YouTube channel ever violated the Adsense or Ad Manager program policies or Terms & Conditions? If so, how?
I hold a high regard for the Google Adsense guidelines and understand the importance of adhering to them. Unfortunately, some of my website’s pages have received one or two copyright strikes under the community guidelines, which were unintentional and due to my own oversight. I take full responsibility for these mistakes and assure you that they will not happen again in the future.
Step 8: What was the reason for invalid activity on your site, mobile app, and/or YouTube channel? Please provide detailed information about all specific reasons that you believe to be relevant in your case.
Dear Google Adsense Team,
I am writing to inform you that my Adsense account has been disabled due to invalid activity. I have been blogging and part of Adsense for the past 5-6 months, and I have always respected the Google Adsense policy and terms and conditions. I assure you that I do not encourage invalid clicks on my blog.
Since the suspension, I have been promoting my blogger posts on various social media platforms but I am unable to understand who may be responsible for this unusual activity on my blog.
I assure you that going forward I will be even more vigilant in adhering to the Google Adsense policy and terms and conditions. I hope you can understand the time and effort I have invested in my Adsense account and kindly re-enable it.
Step 9: What changes will you implement to help improve ad traffic quality on your site, mobile app, and/or YouTube channel?
I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any invalid activity that may have occurred on my account, whether it was a result of my own mistakes or those of others. I wholeheartedly condemn these actions and assure you that as an Adsense partner, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance with Adsense policies.
I have been a proud Adsense partner for the past six months and have always strived to conduct myself in a manner that aligns with the Adsense policies. If given the opportunity, I pledge to continue to do so and to take all necessary measures to avoid any future violations of terms and conditions. I hope that my past actions do not detract from my genuine commitment to being a valued and responsible Adsense partner.
Step 10: Please include any data from your site, mobile app, and/or YouTube channel traffic logs or reports that indicate suspicious IP addresses, referrers, or requests which could explain the invalid activity.
Dear Google Adsense Team,
Despite my best efforts, I was unable to track down the source of this activity, including suspicious IP addresses, traffic logs, or reports.
I apologize for any negligence on my part and assure you that I understand the gravity of the situation. I am fully committed to finding and rectifying any issues on my end.
I humbly request a chance to prove my dedication to being a responsible and compliant Adsense partner. I accept responsibility for any mistakes that may have occurred unknowingly or due to my negligence. I assure you that I will take all necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
Step 11: Accept terms and policies.
Step 12: Submit for appeal
Step 13: Wait for the response from the Google team
Step 14: If accepted, enjoy their services
Step 15: Otherwise, be open to joining other monetization programs like Ezoic, or start doing affiliate marketing

Tips for Writing a Successful Invalid Traffic Appeal
If your Adsense account has been disabled for invalid traffic, it is possible to appeal the decision. Here are some tips to help you write a successful appeal:
- Understand the reasons for disabling the account: Review the common reasons Adsense accounts are disabled for invalid traffic. See if any of those reasons apply to your account or your content. For example, if your friends clicked on your ads too many times, or if you purchased traffic that led to an increase in invalid traffic.
- Check your ad implementations: Review the ad implementations on your desktop site, mobile site, and mobile app. Think about how users typically interact with your site and see if the ad placements might cause accidental clicks.
- Provide the correct email address: In the appeal form, provide the email address that’s associated with your disabled Adsense account. This will help Google locate your account quickly and reduce delays in processing your appeal.
- Explain what you will do in the future: Tell Google what changes you’ll make to prevent invalid traffic from happening again. For example, explain how you’ve adjusted your ad placements, evaluated your traffic sources, etc.
By following these tips, you can increase your chances of having your Adsense account reinstated.

Where is my confirmation email?
If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder in case it was inadvertently placed there. If you don’t locate the message there, it’s possible that the email address submitted in your appeal was invalid. In this case, please resubmit your appeal with a valid contact email address so that you’ll receive a response from our specialist team.
For a more seamless experience, submit appeals using the email you used while signing up for AdSense.
When should I expect a response?
In most cases, appeals are reviewed within 72 business hours, though due to the high volume of emails we receive, it may take us up to a week or more to process it. If you’ve previously submitted an appeal for this account, you might not receive a response to this or future appeals.
Also, please be aware that appealing the disabling of your AdSense account does not guarantee that it will be reinstated.
My account was reinstated. Why aren’t ads showing up on my sites, apps, or videos?
Great news, your Adsense account has been reactivated! However, it may take some time before ads start showing up on your website, apps, or videos. It usually takes around 48 hours for all the systems to update and for the ads to start appearing again.
If you are a YouTube publisher, you might need to reconnect your YouTube channel with your Adsense account. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to the guide on setting up an Adsense account for payments.
Will I still be paid out for my AdSense earnings?
If your Adsense account has been disabled for invalid traffic or policy violation, you may be eligible for a final payment for the portion of your earnings that have not been identified as invalid. After disabling your account, Google will place a 30-day hold on payments to calculate the final payment if applicable.
After the 30 days, you can sign in to Adsense to check if there is any remaining balance and to arrange for payment. It’s important to note that any deductions made from your final balance for invalid traffic or policy violations will be refunded to the affected advertisers if it’s possible.
